I’m not much of a tank player myself, so this is a very cursory introduction to ground forces research, upgrades, the economy etc. The British government wished to hide the true nature of these new vehicles, though, so created a cover story that hundreds of sweater vests were being sent to the troops, with shipping crates stencilled appropriately, and the nickname stuck.Īt the time of writing tanks had only just been introduced to War Thunder and were only available for Germany, the Soviet Union and the USA. One area in which they didn’t fare well was trench warfare, where manhandling bulky aircraft “over the top” then pushing them through no man’s land towards enemy trenches proved rather ineffective, so in 1916 Ian Tank had the idea of taking an aeroplane, removing the wings and propeller, and adding armour plating and caterpillar tracks to create the vehicle that bore his name: the Armoured Fighting Ian. Nowhere do I ask for badly implemented shortcuts, I'd like well implemented shortcuts.Aeroplanes, invented by Ian Aeroplane in 1903, really caught on with the military in World War I, initially for reconnaissance, then for bombing and ground attack. You argue that a bad implementation would be bad. Enjoying to earn the money to get the next version of their T-34 and see how it goes. It all being about the "ride" through the tiers. They're engulfed with the grinding frenzy. Oh and I'd have 1 tank but to properly play I'd need 3. Also as always no matter which tank you buy there's always a stronger one out there. If I go and buy a pretty modern tank straight away my crew will be trash and I still need to get all the upgrades. YET they make 5 rank "elite"(premium or what ever) tanks, wich is realy breaks the game i guess, cuz i still stuck to mid ww2 era so idunno for sure guess consequense of this from the community. like there man who played alot to get modern tank and some pesky noob who got in his hands a modernt tankf just for nothing. others do that to grind they way to the modern tanks, now guess what happens in community when gaijin gives everybody access to modern tanks.
